The BetaPro Biggest Winner Trading Competition (the “Competition”) is a web-based, simulated trading challenge designed to help educate the investing public in trading exchange traded funds (ETFs). Registered participants (the “Participant”) may open a contest portfolio account (the “Account”), which receives CDN $100,000 in notional fantasy funds (“Fantasy Funds”) (no actual money will be involved). Participants can use these Fantasy Funds to make simulated purchases and sales of the ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and Cboe Canada at market prices. The Competition is co-sponsored by Global X Investments Canada Inc. alongside its BetaPro by Global X brand, Webull Canada, TSX Inc., and Cboe Canada (the “Sponsors”).

In order to be eligible to participate in the Competition, an individual must:

• be a legal resident of Canada;
• be of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, or older, at the time of entry;
• not be an employee of the Competition’s sponsors, their respective subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, or a member of the household of any of the above; and
• not entered the Competition, directly or indirectly, more than once.

Certain other requirements, terms, and conditions apply and are described in the Competition Rules and Terms and Conditions.

The Competition’s trading period (the “Trading Period”) starts at 9:30 a.m. ET on Monday, September 15, 2025, and ends at 4:00 p.m. ET on Friday, October 24, 2025.

The Competition intends to award the following real cash prizes:

(a) Top Investor Prize.There will be one (1) Top Investor Prize available of CDN $20,000 cash for the Participant with the highest account value at the end of the Trading Period.

Runner-up Prize. There will be one (1) Runner-up prize of CDN $10,000 cash for the Participant with the second-highest account value at the end of the Trading Period.

Third Place Prize. There will be one (1) Third Place Prize of CDN $5,000 for the Participant with the third highest account value at the end of the Competition’s trade period.

Weekly Prizes. There will be six (6) Weekly Prizes (each a “Weekly Prize”) available to be won during the  Trading Period, each consisting of CDN $1,000 cash. Weekly Prizes will be awarded to the Participant with the largest percentage gain over a week in their Account.

(b) Weekly Draw. Global X will run a weekly gift card draw. There will be 6 Weekly Prize Draws (each a “Weekly Draw”) available to be won during the Trading Period, each consisting of a CDN$100.00 Amazon Gift Card. Weekly Draws will be determined on Monday morning before the market open by random draw. Participants must have placed at least three (3) trades during the prior week to be eligible. Note that Webull Canada will have no involvement with the distribution of the Weekly Draw gift cards.

Eligible contestants can register any time from August 11, 2025, up to the end of the competition. Please note that only one account per person is allowed – any individual who registers or controls more than one account, directly or indirectly, will be disqualified.

Once a contestant registers for the competition, an email will be sent to the email address they used to register, which must be used to complete registration. In some cases, this email may end up in their junk or spam folders, so contestants should check these folders in addition to their main inbox to complete the registration verification in the email message.

On the “Login” page of the Competition’s website, click on “Forgot Password?”. Enter the email address you used to register for the Competition. Your username and password will be emailed to this address.

Log in to your account and select the “Change Password” option under the “Dashboard” tab. Enter your old password, then enter a new password and confirm the new password. Your password will be changed when you click on “Submit”. Note: usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.

You can change your username by going to the “Edit Profile” page under “Dashboard” on the main menu.
